University of Plymouth

How we partnered with a University to support them through a restructure

When the University of Plymouth underwent a restructure affecting 210 employees, Penna worked in close partnership with the University and its HR team to maintain morale on campus and support staff in their decision to stay or leave the University. For those leaving the University, Penna were asked to support the transition into their chosen route.

How we helped the Ministry of Justice secure a new HM's Chief Inspector of Prisons for England and Wales

The Ministry of Justice commissioned Penna to secure the successor to Dame Anne Owers as HMCI Prisons on completion of her second term in office. The remit for this important post was to balance operational delivery and ambassadorial leadership, with the need to drive system reform whilst maintaining total independence.
