Based in Stockholm Paxport is a highly successful Swedish technology software company in the travel sector that supports airlines and travel resellers to grow revenues by providing better travel experience for their passengers. Their continued success resulted in expansion with the acquisition of another travel software business in the UK, called Multicom.

Paxport were looking to bring on board a new Sales Director to manage the sales teams in both Stockholm and the UK, improve the existing sales processes, and focus on sales growth both with new clients as well as additional sales to the existing customer base – someone with a real hands-on approach. They turned to Penna’s Head of Commercial Team Tim Lewis to deliver this critical hire based on past success with another Swedish based firm Q Matic.

The Penna team’s international search capability and Tim’s deep understanding of the business and its culture enabled the mandate to be delivered with pace and precision with a successful appointment in just under 90 days.

Paxport have since returned to Penna to deliver four additional search mandates, covering Marketing, Product Management and a Chief Operations Officer, all based in either Sweden or the UK.
