His wide range of experience includes helping organisations with change programmes, HR strategy, leadership development, business strategy and planning.  He is also  works with organisations with management team ‘off-sites’, performance management and organisation design.

Jackie Sykes
Jackie's primary areas of expertise are selection, assessment, talent management, coaching, development and psychometrics.  Prior to working at Penna, Jackie has experience of working in consultancies (e.g. SHL, ASE).  Jackie has delivered successful consultancy projects for a plethora of clients in both the private and public sectors, including Home Office, Pharmacia, Ford, Barclays, and Chubb.
