Penna appoints Adam Shay as Head of Client Development

Penna is delighted to welcome global recruitment and employer marketing specialist Adam Shay to their recruitment solutions team as Head of Client Development.
Adam will join the attraction and communications management team and will play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing new business in the commercial sector and specifically developing their private sector client offer. As Head of Client Development, Adam will focus on building Penna’s private sector client portfolio to ensure a joined up approach to key blue chip clients and help develop a market-leading recruitment, attraction and communications approach.
Adam will join Penna in March 2012. He joins from TMP London where he is currently General Manager, but was also their Business Development Director prior to a 4 year stint in Australia as Managing Director of Euro RSCG's Asia Pacific operation.
