Consultancy Assessment

Managed Services

We provide Managed Services assessment contracts to clients, allowing them to mix and match the assessment activities they undertake. This means that we can adapt our solutions according to volumes, time pressures and varying business demands without the overhead.

Managed Assessment Service Contracts

  • A fully outsourced assessment service which delivers a comprehensive suite of assessment activities. This allows us to meet the mixed demands of risk management in selection, capability development, succession planning, talent retention and team performance interventions.
  • Allows the flexible call-off of a range of assessment activities in order to respond to specific business demands.

Full Transfer of Assessment Functions

  • Where assessment functions and activities have typically been run in-house, we offer the opportunity to transfer established client assessment departments to our assessment organisation.
  • We then provide the service back to the client for a stated period using this in-house expertise.
