Bev White | Managing Director, HR Consulting
Bev joined Penna in 2002. In just eight years she led our Career Transition business into the number one position in the UK market place in the private sector. She has accountability for leading the continuous design, development and delivery of the Career Transition services. Bev was made Managing Director, HR Consulting in 2009, which encompasses Career Transition, Training and Development, Board and Executive Coaching and Performance and Change Consulting Solutions.
Bev’s earlier career included seven years as CIO of NtL and prior to that as Director I.T. for Schlumberger. Today, she is President of the UK Association of Career Firms and of the European Board for the Association of Career Firms. In her work, she is passionate about innovating to make sure that our services are relevant for our clients and add real value to their business.

Jason Heward | Principal Consultant
Jason is an accomplished consultant with expertise in helping organisations improve performance through their people. Before Penna, he worked in Central Government and Third Sector both as a policy advisor before heading an internal consultancy responsible for delivering transformation projects. His specialities are Organisational Development, HR Transformation, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Talent Planning.
He has a straightforward approach based on proven methods for helping leadership teams and organisations to navigate change and keep their talent engaged and contributing at all times. Recent clients include: William Grant, Cafcass, St Andrew’s Healthcare, Leica and HSBC. He is a Governor of his local NHS Trust and a member of Institute of Consulting.

Colin Catney | Performance and Change Principal Consultant
A specialist in Organisation and Leadership Development, Colin is able to draw upon 24 years’ experience in providing strategic business-partnering services in a variety of professional environments. Throughout his career he developed strategies and shaped infrastructures for the likes of the BBC, Diageo and Nortel Networks. His work at Nortel, which involved the delivery of performance management and staff development work, won a National Training award and helped them achieve the IIP standard. In recent years, Colin has successfully project-managed coaching, development and performance management programmes for clients such as Translink and the Environmental Protection Agency Ireland. Honours Graduate of Queens University Belfast, Colin is professionally qualified with the Institute of Personnel Management. He is an EQi practitioner and has additional qualifications in psychometrics as well as in Learning and Development.

John Ferguson | Performance and Change Consultant
John is a broadly experienced international training and development consultant with a strong track record of needs assessment, design and delivery, coaching, facilitating and consulting. His expertise in people and performance management includes a clear focus on change at the individual, team and organisational levels. With extensive international experience, he has helped people work across national and cultural boundaries. Many of his programmes are run in French, and he also co-founded and runs a training and development business in Turkey. During his career, John has designed and run people and performance management programmes for clients across industries ranging from engineering, retail and pharmaceuticals to chemicals, FMCG and banking. He has also delivered solutions at all levels of management, from senior executive teams to new managers. John is Level B qualified in use of OPQ and Myers-Briggs.

Maïtena Servajean | Head of Leadership & HR Consulting,
Maïtena has a degree in Spanish Philology from the Toulouse-le-Mirail University. She speaks four languages: English, Portuguese and is bilingual in Spanish and French. She has more than 20 years of experience in positions of responsibility, operational and human resources. She has been a member of the steering committee of BNPP PF and director of human resources and communication. She started her career by the hand of Alexander Proudfoot International in the world of re-engineering, process and management systems consultancy. She specialised in leadership and talent management by the hand of FYCSA (Alcatel) and is a Senior Coach for Aecop. In 2008 she won the award for innovation in HR Management for Expansion and Employment. She is also a member of the exclusive group of the Top Ten Business Consulting Spain. She has collaborated with companies such as Saint-Gobain, Alcatel, Telefónica, BNPP, Repsol YPF, among other big corporations.

Paul Hills | Performance and Change Principal Consultant
Paul began his consulting career with Monitor Company Inc. where he gained expertise in strategy, finance and business planning, working primarily on international assignments. He then began an 18-year period at Crane Davies, now Penna Plc, where he became a Director in 1995 and managed a number of core business streams. Today, Paul is a lead consultant in our change management practice, drawing upon his project management, consultation and facilitation experience to head-up major change and leadership programmes. Some of his recent assignments have included a cultural change programme for a leading chemicals company and the design and implementation of a new global organisation for a major brewer. Paul graduated in Business Administration with a First Class degree. He was a visiting lecturer on the Henley MBA Programme and has written several modules of their MBA course. He has been a qualified IIP assessor and senior assessor, and for two years was the Chief Verifier nationally.

Sue Goodman | Performance and Change Consultant
Sue is a dynamic and commercially minded business leader who operates at both strategic and operational levels across a diverse range of functions. Her results-oriented approach allows her to deliver solutions, inspire change and improve business performance. Her career has seen her lead union negotiations during major change programmes, maximise performance for major call centres and develop innovative people strategies for leading financial groups. And she remains passionate about delivering business change through people. In addition to an impressive track record, Sue holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and professional qualifications in Financial Services (ACIB) and Human Resources (MIPD). Sue Wotruba | Performance and Change Consultant
Before moving into management consultancy six years ago, Sue spent ten years as an HR Manager for a range of blue chip companies. Her consultancy career has seen her work on a range of projects involving change management, human resource management and executive training and development. Sue also worked with Accenture for two years, providing advice and guidance on the change and people-management implications of business-process outsourcing for global clients. Working across sectors such as IT, finance, public sector and services, Sue has built up a strong track record in the design and implementation of leadership development centres, assessment centres, coaching, performance management and culture change programmes. Sue is a level A and B qualified assessor and an experienced Myers Briggs facilitator.
