Bev White | Managing Director, HR Consulting
Bev joined Penna in 2002. In just eight years she led our Career Transition business into the number one position in the UK market place in the private sector. She has accountability for leading the continuous design, development and delivery of the Career Transition services. Bev was made Managing Director, HR Consulting in 2009, which encompasses Career Transition, Training and Development, Board and Executive Coaching and Performance and Change Consulting Solutions.
Bev’s earlier career included seven years as CIO of NtL and prior to that as Director I.T. for Schlumberger. Today, she is President of the UK Association of Career Firms and of the European Board for the Association of Career Firms. In her work, she is passionate about innovating to make sure that our services are relevant for our clients and add real value to their business.

Carol Nuttall | Associate
Carol is an HR consultant who has extensive experience of developing HR solutions within change-driven environments. She balances the strategic input required to plan and prepare for change with practitioner skills, demonstrating a practical hands-on approach whether delivering or facilitating sessions. Carol holds an MBA, is a MCIPD and BPS Level B qualified, and is currently writing her first novel.

Frances Williams | Associate
Frances has over fifteen years’ experience in Human Resources management in the Advertising, Energy and IT sectors as well as Banking and Financial Services. She specialises in working with middle-management clients on a one-to-one basis. A graduate in French and the holder of a post-graduate Linguist’s Diploma, Frances has developed a career centred around international organisations - concentrating on international human resources and expatriate management solutions. Her experience has included several years spent working in Ghana as Director of Human Resources. She is passionately interested in international development and has set up a programme to use the skills of UK-based professionals to assist companies in Africa through short-term voluntary assignments.

Ian Munro | Associate
Ian has been delivering career and outplacement consultancy for the last seventeen years. He also has a strong track record in the SME sector - providing services to help either distressed or developing companies. Ian specialises in working with senior executives on career focus, development and resolving workplace relationship problems through Executive Mentoring and Coaching. He is highly experienced in assisting clients in identifying and setting up their own business ventures. And as he believes strongly in the value of networking, is keen to use his own extensive network for client benefit. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors.

Jas Dhesi | Client Partner
For the past few years Jas has been working as Client Partner for Penna in the West Midlands. Her role entails working with and supporting companies of all sizes across all sectors. Jas is able to provide guidance to companies on a variety of HR-related issues, including how to support individuals through redundancies, Talent Management and Succession Planning as well as Coaching top teams. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, and she has expertise in industries such as Manufacturing, Education and Professional Services.

John Brady | Lead Client Partner
John joined Penna as Lead Client Partner for London West End in January 2009, and a year later took responsibility for the whole London region. He leads a team of seven Client Partners and, with them, is responsible for building trusted client relationships and winning business across all sectors for Penna's HR Consulting Practice. Prior to joining Penna, John worked for KPMG in a number of roles including Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Consultant and Head of Knowledge Management for Global Markets.

Mike Jones | Regional Sales Director, Ireland
Mike is responsible for the development of all business opportunities within HRC in Ireland. He focuses on ensuring that we deliver to our own high professional standards. With over 25 years’ consultancy experience, Mike has worked with a range of prestigious clients in both the private and public sectors.

Neill Hunter | Country Sales Director, Scotland
A key member of our UK HRC Executive Team, Neill is accountable for the sales and delivery of our HRC solutions across Scotland - ensuring our clients receive a consistently high-quality service from our sales, account management and service delivery teams. He has a background spanning mechanical engineering, process improvement, change management and strategic account management for local, national and global accounts. Neill has worked in professional services for the last eight years, providing HR services to high-profile public and private organisations.

Phil Calverley | Consultant
Phil has over 25 years experience within the Banking Sector. His experience spans retail and offshore banking. He has held a number of senior roles with HBOS, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays Wealth. Phil was Head of Operational Training at HBOS during its’ conversion to a plc and also managed the transition of branch back office functions to centralised Business Centres. As a result Phil has extensive experience in assisting people through major change and is a skilled coach. Phil is particularly interested in, but not restricted to helping people from a banking background.

Rosemary Smart | Delivery Operations Director, HR Consulting
Rosemary oversees the delivery of high quality, innovative solutions and ensures excellence in client satisfaction. She joined us in 2005, having previously held a number of senior HR and Operations roles, primarily in the manufacturing, automotive and aerospace sectors. Rosemary has led on several large process improvement and change programmes and is both CIPD qualified and a trained six sigma practitioner.
