Penna in the Public Sector Experience
Police Service Northern Ireland
We are now approaching the 7th year of working in partnership with the Police Service Northern Ireland (PSNI). In 1999, an independent review of policing in Northern Ireland, established under the terms of the Good Friday agreement recommended the creation of a new, smaller force.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council
Stoke-on-Trent is a rapidly changing City that has a proud past and a very exciting future. With a huge regeneration agenda and a continued improvement in the delivery of services, the Council faces significant challenges.
Devon and Cornwall Police
Devon and Cornwall Police underwent a challenging Workforce Modernisation programme to shape the Force to meet the policing needs of today’s communities and become a top-performing Force by 2012. Working in close partnership with the Devon & Cornwall Police, Penna developed a programme of support for individuals affected and timetabled delivery to match the rolling process over a 14 month period.
Local Government Yorkshire and Humber
