Welcome to the Penna Development Programme, our graduate and apprenticeship scheme. Penna is launching this new scheme to support apprentices and graduates and help them find their feet in the exciting world of HR Services.

Penna is in the business of helping people maximise their potential in the workplace. This brand new scheme is all about helping new talent join Penna and develop personally and professionally by providing an opportunity to gain experience across the full suite of Penna’s services, including recruitment, training and development, consulting, and career transition.

Penna is launching this programme for 2012, when we will be welcoming four talented individuals join the organisation on an 18-month development programme.
