Executive Search Consultants - Variable Locations

The Executive Search Consultant is accountable for all Penna revenue, margin and client experience for a portfolio of specific, named clients and target organisations, focussing on the development of broad business relationships. 

Reward Structure and Key Measures

  • Client experience in sector

Business Development Manager - Client Partner - Berkshire & M4 Corridor

 

Role Purpose

 

To grow profitable revenue through anticipating, meeting and exceeding client expectations and experiences, by leading and managing the business development strategy and activities for the named client(s).

Executive Search Consultant - Dublin

This is a great new opportunity to work in partnership with clients to develop and satisfy their human capital management requirements through the effective integration and customisation of the Penna capabilities. Within this framework deliver “world class” executive search and selection projects maximizing both the client and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • To be accountable for the definition and implementation of the business development strategy for named clients or target organisations.
  • To develop appropriate relationships with the client in order to understand their current and future business issues, identifying opportunities for the Penna proposition and demonstrating to the client the value add of working with Penna (across 1 or several capabilities or solutions).
  • To sell profitable resourcing solutions to clients and seek opportunities to grow business across the HCM offering.
  • To draw and coordinate all Penna resources as needed, in order to satisfy client demand (both in a business development and delivery context).
  • Personally project manage and deliver specific executive search and/or executive search and selection assignments to the published Penna quality standards.
  • To monitor client and candidate experience, both at an assignment and overall account level, taking action as needed to ensure it is world-class.

Accountabilities & Measures

  • Delivery and achievement of Penna account plan for specified clients across all capabilities.

Country Manager - Germany

As part of the Penna growth plan both for 2007/8 and as part of a 3-year plan, Germany is a key geography with real potential. Germany is essential to develop Executive Search, Leadership Development and HR Consulting. Germany is already serviced by Penna from our other locations with a good client base and a legal entity and partners are in place.

Objectives of the role

The Country Manager will have an objective to personally win and generate revenues in a client base within their sector and service of choice (Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Finance, Manufacturing) in Germany and Europe. It will be key to build and develop profitable Penna operations in Germany with expertise in one of Penna service lines, ideally Executive Search.

The Country Manager will hire, develop and manage a team in Germany capable of winning and delivering revenues across Penna sectors at Executive Level - Executive Search as well as other Penna Services, Leadership Development and HR Consulting.

The plan is also to grow the team for Leadership Development in Germany as part of the Leadership Development 3 year Plan working closely with the Leadership Development team and Management in Europe.

Executive Search experience is ideal - to access key Senior Line decision makers to win business at Executive level both for Recruitment and Leadership Development.

The Country Manager will need to be bilingual German/English. The ideal candidate will have managed a team or have the potential and desire to hire, develop and manage a team. Ideally the right candidate will have previous experience managing a profit centre or the potential to do so.

  • Increase local client base with new customers
