Role Purpose
- This is an opportunity to join PENNA as Paid Media Specialist. You will be working within our Performance Media team, and key managers and teams across the business.
- The main purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of our clients’ paid media campaigns (search, social and programmatic); and to liaise with our Client Delivery teams to provide best-in-class brief responses and media plans.
- This is also a unique opportunity to be trained on all aspects of programmatic (display, audio, video and gaming).
What you’ll do
- Support the day-to-day running of the account and liaise with our Client Delivery teams to provide best-in-class brief responses and media plans.
- Be responsible for end-to-end activation and optimisation of our paid media campaigns.
- Set-up, manage and optimise direct acquisition and brand awareness programmatic campaigns against a diverse range of KPI’s, ensuring performance targets are exceeded.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including troubleshooting, regular optimisations and handling internal queries.
- Proactively contributing to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers (Indeed, Talent.com, Reed, Adzuna) and technology partners while recommending and evaluating new opportunities for clients, ensuring innovation by researching and testing new tools and solutions.

- Experience in activating and managing paid media campaigns within a digital agency or client side.
- Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Being approachable to the business
- Excellent query and problem-solving skills
- Technical tracking expertise (e.g., setting up tracking, QA, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Passion for and interest in all media and data, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, , Ifs, Sumi fs, Search, etc)
- Interest in consumer technology and music. Desire to learn and understand client’s business.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to be part of a collaborative, and willing to contribute to our positive work culture.
