To celebrate Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2023, we sat down with our recent work experience placement, Dylan Conti, to talk about neurodiversity in the workplace. We talk to Dylan, who was recently diagnosed with autism, about neurodiversity and what it covers, how to effectively attract those from a neurodiverse background, how to help them succeed once in an organisation, and the potential strengths of hiring those from a neurodiverse background.
