Richmond & Wandsworth Better Service Partnership brings together the strengths of two ambitious London boroughs to deliver essential services and drive innovation in local government. We are now seeking a dynamic senior leader to take a pivotal role shaping safer, stronger, and more resilient communities.

You will act as the councils’ lead advisor on public protection, driving strategic direction across community safety, violence reduction, VAWG, Prevent, CCTV and control room operations, emergency planning, and the Regulatory Services Partnership.

As a visible and collaborative leader you will lead Community Safety Partnerships, champion evidence-based and place-based approaches, build strong multi-agency relationships, oversee major budgets, and inspire high-performing teams.
