Meet Rachael Morris, who joined Penna this year as Senior Consultant in Executive Search

A welcome addition to our Executive Search team!

While we’re recognised as the leading recruiter in local government, we also have a strong track record in supporting central government and not-for-profit sectors to find the talent needed to deliver success. Our Executive Search team also invest time in developing the next generation of talent building the pipeline of future leaders, and we’re excited to announce the addition of Rachael to the team.

Having worked in the Public Sector for over two decades, Rachael was eager to give back. She’s thrilled to be able to do so through the work Penna does in finding, exciting and securing the best leadership talent, changing the face of local government along the way.
