Meet the team: Introducing James Miller, a recent addition to Penna’s Candidate Sourcing business

With over nine years of experience working within local government and the wider public sector, James brings with him a wealth of insight and knowledge of the local government job market, and the issues faced when appointing those key permanent hires. Having previously worked as a public sector recruiter, he knows just how tough recruitment can be, and he understands the importance of having the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
