What has changed since George Floyd’s murder?

Hearing from so many passionate industry leaders at our recent ‘Diversity in the Public Sector – What has changed since the death of George Floyd’ event was amazing. The day was co-hosted with the brilliant team at Inclusive Companies, and it provided a great opportunity to hear what has been happening in the private and public sectors to put a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Towards the end of the day, we listened in as Alexis Curtis->Harris, Caroline Frankum, Wayne Brown and Jeff Boothe discussed how each of their organisations were stepping up to the challenge of tackling inequality in the workplace.

‘It doesn’t matter where you’re starting on the journey, ’ said Alexis Curtis-Harris, Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion – Attraction & Communications at Penna, ‘as long as you’re heading in the right direction’.
